Our Apps are designed to be used on a variety of devices including in IPad, Android Tablet, computer or laptop. In addtion, the intake forms can be used in a variety of locations - you are not tied to using them only in your office.
Your forms can include your clinic logo, contact information (address, phone number, email) and you can customize the Introductory text and Consent to Care section. We also offer the ability to change these details for your Adult or Pediatric intake forms.
Your forms are hosted on our secure server but this still allows you to link to your form from your website. Simply copy a code-snippet from your App Control Panel and paste the link into your website. All of this is explained in detail from the Apps help page.
After your Patient completes the online form, their information is collected into a PDF file that is attached to their profile in Atlas during the sync.
Our apps are designed to save your office TIME. Your staff will no longer have to manually type in a Patients address or spend time trying to read someones handwriting.
The apps feature allows you to paste a code snippet on your website containing a web form. The form asks your visitor for Name, Email, Phone number and short Message. This information is then synced directly into your Atlas software (the Patient is added with their details) as a "Lead". The 'lead' is also added to your Safety Net where you can follow up on the lead and turn them into an Active Patient.
The system easily allows you to flag a Patient file for edit. A flagged file can be reloaded onto a tablet or computer in office, to allow the Patient to add or edit existing information. Quick address update? Add information about a forgotten injury? No problem with our Apps.
